I am Moina Alhajji, a Syrian Water and Habitat Engineer with over ten years of experience in humanitarian WASH programming, primarily in conflict-affected contexts. She worked with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), contributing to the rehabilitation of critical water infrastructure and emergency response operations in Aleppo, Syria. I hold a Professional Diploma in Humanitarian WASH from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Water Diplomacy. I have also participated in international platforms and attended training, including the World Water Forum 2024 as a speaker, contributing to discussions on water governance, resilience, and the protection of water systems in fragile contexts.
