Iniciou sua carreira na Petrobras, passou por empresas como Chemtech e Petroflex e ingressou no BNDES por concurso público em 1998.
No BNDES, exerceu diversas posições executivas, dentre elas, a de Superintendente responsável pelas atividades de apoio ao comércio exterior (2010-2016) e a de Superintendente responsável pela concessão de crédito a projetos de infraestrutura nos segmentos de saneamento, mobilidade urbana e logística (2016-2019). Na área financeira do Banco, atuou na captação internacional junto a multilaterais e na prospecção de parceiros para cofinanciamento de projetos de infraestrutura (2019-2021). Atualmente é a Superintendente responsável pela estruturação de projetos de concessões e PPP e pela coordenação de ofertas públicas de títulos de renda fixa.
Graduada em Engenharia Química com pós-graduação na mesma área pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1992-1997) e MBA em Finanças pelo IBMEC-RJ (2006). Possui a certificação CP3P-F (Public-Private Partnership Certification – foundation level) pela APMG International e é Conselheira de Administração formada pelo IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.

At BNDES, she has held several executive positions, including Superintendent responsible for export support activities (2010–2016) and Superintendent in charge of credit for infrastructure projects in the sanitation, urban mobility, and logistics sectors (2016–2019). In the Bank’s financial area, she worked on international fundraising with multilateral institutions and on identifying partners for co-financing infrastructure projects (2019–2021). She currently serves as Superintendent responsible for structuring concession and PPP projects, as well as coordinating public offerings of fixed-income securities.
She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, with a postgraduate qualification in the same field from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1992–1997), and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ (2006). She also holds the CP3P-F (Public-Private Partnership Certification – Foundation level) certification from APMG International and is a Board Member certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
