Geologist and Sanitary Engineer with experience at the National Health Foundation and the Ministries of Health, Cities, and Planning, holding positions such as Director of Social and Urban Infrastructure (MPDG), Director of the Department of Development and Technical Cooperation (MCidades); Deputy Director of Public Health Engineering (FUNASA); National Manager of the National Health Card Project (MS); General Coordinator of Sanitation and Health Building Projects (FUNASA). Member of the Board of Trustees of the FGTS from 2016 to 2018, representing the MPDG. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Eletrobrás CGTEE (2017 and 2018) and CBTU (2019) and the Management Council of the São Francisco River Basin Integration Project with the Northern Northeast Basins – PISF (2016 to 2018).
