Graduated in Civil Engineering from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado – FAAP (1985), with an MBA in Business Management (2003), also from FAAP. Started his career in the basic sanitation project area in 1982 at Sondotécnica S/A, where he worked until 1993.During this period, he participated in several large-scale projects as an engineer and coordinator of multidisciplinary teams. Became a managing partner of CPS Engineering and Solutions in 1993, a company specializing in urban infrastructure and loss reduction programs, a position he holds to this day. Also a managing partner of AGM Engineering Projects since 2018, a company specializing in projects, management, and supervision in the areas of infrastructure and clinical and hospital engineering. Currently President of ABES-SP – Brazilian Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering – São Paulo Section. Vice President of APECS – São Paulo Association of Consulting and Services Companies in Sanitation and Environment and Counselor of SINAENCO (National Union of Architecture and Consulting Engineering Companies) – São Paulo Regional.
