Engenheiro Civil, Mestre em Tecnologia Ambiental e Recursos Hídricos (UnB). Servidor público federal no cargo de Especialista em Infraestrutura Sênior da Agência Nacional de Águas e Saneamento Básico (ANA) na função de Coordenador de Água e Esgotos da Superintendência de Regulação de Serviços. Foi coordenador do Programa de Modernização do Setor Saneamento (PMSS) e do Sistema Nacional de Informações sobre Saneamento (SNIS). Foi Diretor do Departamento de Articulação Institucional e do Departamento de Planeamento e Regulação da Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento Ambiental do Ministério das Cidades (SNSA/MCidades). Foi membro da equipe de Coordenadores do Plano Nacional de Saneamento Básico (PLANSAB). Coordenou o Programa de Desenvolvimento do Setor Águas (INTERÁGUAS) no MCidades. Participou dos Projetos de Cooperação Internacional de Aproveitamento Energético do Biogás em Saneamento Básico (PROBIOGÁS) e de Proteção do Clima na Gestão de Resíduos Sólidos Urbanos (ProteGEEr).
A Civil Engineer, with a Master´s Degree in Environmental Technology and Water Resources (UnB). He is a Federal civil servant in the position of Senior Infrastructure Specialist at the National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency (ANA) in the role of Water and Sewage Coordinator at the Services Regulation Superintendence. He was the coordinator of the Sanitation Sector Modernization Program (PMSS) and the National Sanitation Information System (SNIS). He was the Director of the Department of Institutional Articulation and of the Department of Planning and Regulation of the National Secretariat of Environmental Sanitation of the Ministry of Cities (SNSA/MCidades)-Brazil. He was a member of the team of Coordinators of the National Basic Sanitation Plan (PLANSAB). He coordinated the Water Sector Development Program (INTERÁGUAS) at the Ministry of Cities. He participated in the International Cooperation Projects for the Energy Use of Biogas in Basic Sanitation (PROBIOGÁS) and Climate Protection in Urban Solid Waste Management (ProteGEEr).
