Anabela Rebelo (APA-Portugal). Graduated in Industrial Chemistry and holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Beira Interior. Currently, she is a Senior Technician in the Water Resources Department at the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) in Portugal.
