Presidente Nacional da ABES. Engenheiro Civil pela Universidade Federal do Paraná, pós-graduado em Engenharia Hidráulica pela Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, com especialização em Administração Financeira pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Foi Presidente da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES – Seção São Paulo, nos Biênios 2013/15 e 2015/17 e atualmente é Presidente nacional da ABES. Foi Presidente do 29º Congresso da ABES.
Integrou a Comissão Temática do Fórum Mundial da Água 2018, realizado no Brasil. Foi presidente, como representante da ABES, do Conselho de Orientação da Arsesp, agência paulista de regulação de serviços de saneamento. É Diretor Superintendente da COBRAPE – Cia. Brasileira de Projetos e Empreendimentos.
A Civil Engineer from the Federal University of Paraná, postgraduate in Hydralic Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, with a specialization in Financial Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He was the President of the Brazilian Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering – ABES – São Paulo Section, in the 2013/15 and 2015/17 Bienniums and is currently the national President of ABES. He was the President of the 29th ABES Congress.
He was a member of the Thematic Commission of the World Water Forum 2018, held in Brazil. He was the president, as a representative of ABES, of the Guidance Council of Arsesp, the São Paulo agency for the regulation of sanitation services. He is the Superintendent Director of COBRAPE – Cia. Brazilian Projects and Enterprises.
