Sylvie Spraakman- Sylvie is a Senior Engineer at City of Vancouver, working in design, implementation & asset management of green infrastructure assets. Sylvie has a PhD from the University of Toronto in Civil Engineering, where her research focused on the long term performance of bioretention systems. Sylvie has also worked in consulting, designing and monitoring stormwater management systems for water quality improvement. She currently leads the asset management in green infrastructure team at the City of Vancouver.
