Civil Engineer, graduated from the Mackenzie University School of Engineering, with a specialization in Basic Sanitation Engineering from the School of Public Health at the University of São Paulo. With over 30 years of experience at Sabesp, focusing on operational efficiency, particularly in water supply, leakage control, and in the last 7 years, wastewater treatment and circular economy. As superintendent of the Sewage Treatment Business Unit of the Metropolitan Directorate of Sabesp (2016-2023), he operated important systems and plants, including the ABC, Barueri, Parque Novo Mundo, São Miguel, and Suzano Wastewater Treatment Plants, as well as 39 isolated system stations, treating approximately 22 thousand liters/second of sewage. His challenges included producing reuse water and seeking solutions for the use of biogas and sludge treatment generated at the stations. Currently, he is Superintendent of Operational Development at Sabesp, responsible for important programs such as Water Loss Control, Water and Sewage Quality Control, Automation, Energy Efficiency, and Energy Generation. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Aquapolo Ambiental and Vice-President of ABES – Brazilian Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering – São Paulo Section.
