Marcela Nectoux is an Environmental Engineer with a master’s degree in Water Resources Management and Regulation, both from IPH/UFRGS. She holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV. With over 10 years of experience in environmental projects, she specializes in water resources and sanitation management, climate change, and environmental disaster risk management. She is the leader of the Sanitation Sector at Infra Women Brazil and a Project Manager at GreenPlat. She is also a researcher at GESPLA (Research Group in Water Resources Management and Planning at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul).
