Economist with a Master’s and Doctorate in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, with an exchange at Brandeis University, United States. Founding Partner of the consultancy Pezco Economics. For the past 22 years, he has coordinated large studies and projects in various infrastructure sectors, such as transportation, logistics, and urban mobility; telecommunications and audiovisual; energy and public lighting; water, sewage, and solid waste; health, education, and public security. He has worked with large companies, associations, governments at all levels, national and international funds and financial institutions, and multilateral organizations. Leads projects in structuring, financing, regulation, rebalancing, and litigations of public-private partnership and concession contracts in these sectors. He has been a professor and researcher at important national and international universities. In the financial market, he was an economist at the global treasury of Banco WestLB in Brazil. He is the President of the PSP Hub, a think tank for infrastructure and urbanism studies. Published over 200 articles and books in various countries in the areas of International Economics and Infrastructure and Regulation.
