Director of the National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency – ANA (2022-2025), he is currently responsible for the technical supervision of the works on Basic Sanitation Regulation, Water Services and Dam Safety, having already supervised the Regulation of Water Resources Use, Supervision and Operations and Critical Events. In the sphere of international cooperation, he is the Director responsible for ANA’s agenda with the Water Governance Initiative (WGI) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the International Water Association (IWA), and College 2 of the World Water Council (WWC). For ANA, he is the director who follows up on actions within the scope of the Latin American Water Council
