Euphresia Luseka is a multi-award winning Kenyan Water Markets Systems Development and Governance Specialist with 16 years of experience across the WASH sector in more than 25 countries. She is recognised for leading transformative initiatives that strengthen water and sanitation systems through policy, business development support strategies, financing, and institutional development. Her work focuses on supporting governments, utilities in both rural and urban contexts to improve operational efficiency, credit-worthiness and corporate governance. She has worked with global partners including USAID, UNICEF, the European Union, FCDO, and UN-Habitat. Euphresia serves as a Management Committee Member at the International Water Association (IWA), Co-Thematic Lead at the Rural Water Supply Network (RWSN), and Strategic Council Member at the Africa Water and Sanitation Association (AfWASA). She is a co-founder of the African Women in WASH Awards. In this session, she will share insights on rural water service delivery in Kenya whose model is being replicated in Africa towards sustainable water service delivery for all.
